CIVIC CENTRE The design for Canberra included a Civic Centre. From the balloon many of the main buildings which make up Civic are immediately recognisable. The Lakeside Hotel, the Jolimont Centre and TAFE campus all stand out. Northbourne Avenue stands out as does the associated buildings lining its edges.

Canberra is the seat of Federal Government in Australia, located only 3 hours drive SW of Sydney, in an area known as the Australian Capital Territory.  Canberra is 2 hours drive from the snowfields and 1½ hours from the NSW South Coast.

Canberra is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and there is no better way to appreciate all of it´s natural charms, than from a Balloon Aloft flight.

In addition to our magnificent Federal Government buildings, Canberra is full of museums, galleries, excellent sporting venues, wineries and many other tourist attractions.  There is plenty for visitors to do before or after a balloon flight.  For more information Visit Canberra at www.visitcanberra.com.au

Early morning balloon flights are scheduled daily, weather permitting.
